We have built an expert team to cater for the different requirements of our clients and our workers

Sales
Our national sales team will be the first point of contact for any sales related inquiries. Their role, however, is not just limited to delivering sales - each team member is also responsible for the ongoing management of the programmes they initiate, meaning that they have a practical knowledge of what they are selling and an interest in making sure that it works over the long-term.

Regional Account Management
We have a team of regional, bi-lingual account managers who work closely with our clients, often co-locating on site. Their role is to manage the integration of our workers, handle day-to-day issues and support the client in their management of our workforce. They also have the dual role of providing welfare support to our workers, helping them adjust to their role and new environment.

24/7 Helpdesk
The industries that we support often operate round the clock. As a result we have set up a multi-lingual Helpdesk (English, Polish, Romanian), available to the worker and the client, to answer any local queries and help resolve any day-to-day issues.  The Helpdesk can be contacted on 44 (0) 20 788 4888, or helpdesk@milestoneops.com.
