Milestone is a recruitment company that runs specialist and tailor made staffing programmes. Established in 2005 to address the driver shortage within the logistics industry, we have grown quickly and expanded into many other sectors. We operate nationally, and partner with many of the country’s leading companies, including DHL, Wincanton and National Grid.
Our expertise lies in managing structured recruitment programmes that provide quality professionals at the right time and in the right way to support our clients’ organisation. This includes acting as Lead Vendor for organisations that require the responsiveness of a single organisation as well as the versatility of a diverse supplier base.
Our experience originates from running large, high-level projects for central and local government where the need to adhere to strict ethical, corporate, even diplomatic codes is paramount.
