With the introduction of new legislation and a steadily aging driver workforce, Wincanton were faced with specific and localised recruitment challenges affecting several of its depots around the UK. Among its objectives were:
1. To secure dependable, experienced drivers able to meet Wincanton standards.
2. To provide experienced drivers willing to work shifts to support a 24/7 operation.
3. To protect its reputation by identifying an ethical supplier.

1. A rigorous recruitment and training programme, able to deliver over 40 drivers to different depots around the country.
2. A tailored training programme developed in partnership with the Wincanton corporate standards team.
3. Teams of drivers through one of our FTE programmes able to support the 24/7 operation of multiple depots.
