Our Principles
We believe strongly in running a business that is, at its heart, ethical, fair and honest. Whatever it is that we do, we adhere to the following principles:
1. We believe that international as well as domestic recruitment makes a sound and legitimate contribution to the development of the UK workforce.
2. We believe in providing opportunities for individuals so that they can gain experience and develop professionally. In the long-term, for overseas workers, this can benefit the home countries when our workers return home.
3. We do not recruit from sectors or countries where there is a shortage in the particular skill required; and do not recruit into countries or sectors where there is a surplus in that skill. Our programmes are designed to support the UK workforce in areas where there is a shortage.
4. When recruiting internationally, we do not provide cheap labour intended to undercut the UK workforce. We guarantee to pay our workers at an equivalent rate to their UK counterpart.
5. All of our candidates will be appropriately qualified to fill the position that they have been recruited for. As a matter of course our candidates undergo thorough vetting, including qualification and reference checking, as well as having to pass our internal training programme and client lead assessments.
6. We provide welfare support to all of our workers during their participation in one of our programmes. This includes access to a 24/7 Helpdesk and local, bilingual Account Managers.
7. We believe in running an honest, open and fair business that treats our clients, our workers and our partners with courtesy and professionalism.
