Programme Components
We run our programmes in close partnership with our clients so that we can provide people who are the right fit. All of our programmes are tailor-made to suit our clients and our workers and are built around four principal elements:
- Selection: We put a strong emphasis on candidate screening, to ensure our professionals are fit, not only for the job but for the challenge of a new working environment.
- Training: Where appropriate we run tailor-made courses to ensure our workers quickly get up to speed on the new job (e.g. paperwork, legislation, site rules).
- Support: We maintain a close and personal relationship with our workers to ensure they settle into their new roles fully and continue to be productive over the long-term.
- Feedback: Our aim is to build long-term relationships with our clients and our workers so we run a series of evaluation and feedback processes that are designed to highlight areas where the programme or individual is working well or needs improvement.
