Traditional jobs in labour intensive industries are becoming harder and harder to fill. The number of well-qualified, skilled workers is dropping as these industries fall out of fashion and the loyal, diligent workforce is growing older. But the need for these workers is just as great.
 
Now that the old barriers in Europe are coming down, and the fundamental freedoms of mobility of capital, goods, services and people are supported by legislation, the ability of the employer to look for skilled labour further from home has increased dramatically.
 
Our recruitment programmes are designed to find high quality workers both domestically and from areas in Europe where there is a surplus, introduce these workers to our clients to fill the shortage in their organisation, and support these workers as they deliver their services. Our programme is run according to strict ethical guidelines. These are listed in more detail on Our Ethics page.
